While painting this one, I decided to move some of the patches of light on the ground to lead the viewer's eye along the path. This was the final demo of my February workshop. I underpainted this one with pastel washed in with alcohol. In the video, you'll see how I made a lot of edits along the way using this method.
I hit the road in the morning for Florida! I love getting sunlit reference photos, but it's going to be cloudy for my entire drive! 😢
